How to Export Your Data

Generated CSV file in Apple Numbers

You can export your data for a specific client or a time frame:

  1. Tap the filter icon
  2. Set a filter
  3. Afterward, tap the export icon
Export using Filter

You can also export your data as PDF:

  1. Click the export icon in the Overview and make sure you have selected „Numbers“ as the file format
  2. Once you see the preview, please tap the Share icon in the top right corner
  3. Click „Print“ in the bottom row
  4. Pinch-to-zoom on the preview sheet, it will be expanded
  5. Tap Share icon in the top right corner
  6. Select email option or any of available ones on the bottom
